The delicate balance of the ecosystem of a vine is difficult to maintain.

For the care of our vineyards we have chosen products that have the major grade possible of eco-compatibility. Risking also the loss of part of the fruit, we have decidede to intervene with these products only in cases of necessity, when the presence of the organic functions put seiously at risk the quality of the grapes.

The result is evident: we work in a healthier way, without allergies, you see the useful insects return to the wild.

Our grape is a natural, high-quality fruit. During the grape-harvesting 2001 we had the pleasant surprise to find some nests between the vine branches: a sign that the low level of products used allows sensitive animals, such as sparrows, to return to build their nests sheltered by the large leaves of our Chardonnay.
