The grape Dolcetto is the first to mature on the hills of the Langhe.

 

For this reason we have chosen for this vine a piece of land open at the south-west, to have a slower maturing time and to allow the grapes to develop its sugars and a better grade of acidity.

 

Our vineyard of Dolcetto is called "Centinet". There we produce 50 quintal of excellente grapes, of which only the best are used for the productione of the wine. The wine-making starts with the traditional maceration, which lasts from 8 to 10 days. Our Dolcetto is a fruity wine, red ruby colouring with hints of purple.

 

The bouquet is classic vinous, with a taste of cherry, pleasant to the palate for its persistence.

 

Actually the production is limited to 3000 bottles, which we present 4 months after bottling. From next August till the grape-harvest our wine is the most indicated for the everyday meals.
